Microsoft - IronPython, IronRuby under an Apache license
About Microsoft - Artical
something about Apache open-source license, Mono and Iron, it sounds good, looks like people have more choice.

Is this a step towards Microsoft making their applications open-source?
Maybe following in Google's footsteps.

I think microsoft did that beacuse they felt the preasure from open source. Java, Ruby, Andriod and other great open source projects are taking more and more the market share.
May google knows open source better.
Here're two classic sentence someone posted in the talkback:
-The best way to overwhelm an adversary is with camouflage and spies infiltrating the ranks.
-Wolves in sheep's clothing are difficult to detect by the sheep, but hardly slip by another wolf.
overwhelm -
camouflage -
spies infiltrating the ranks -
