This story coupled with the story about old buildings being knocked down, points to developers needing to think more. The author makes a fair point in the story, stating how there is urban heat centers in the CBD arears of cities. With the huge number of cars and air conditioner vents, the heat is incredible. I wonder if it is possible to fix this problem? It certainly is something to consider in the future, but will it ever change? I don't think so. Really, the article is just someone complaining that it is too hot.
